This project involved the complete interior fit-up of a Moulins Lafayette location, in line with the brand’s quality and aesthetic standards. The work included the production kitchen, product display zones, and customer service areas carefully designed to create a warm and refined experience. Attention was paid to workspace ergonomics, lighting, and overall ambiance to reflect the brand’s high-end, artisanal image.
