This project consisted of the full construction and interior fit-up of a bagel bakery and dine-in space. The scope included the installation of production equipment, kitchen layout, and the setup of a warm and welcoming service and seating area. The project was designed to optimize operational efficiency while delivering a customer-friendly experience.
