Uhaul

The project consists of the addition of two suspended slabs within an existing warehouse, including construction of footings, an elevator shaft, steel stairs, as well as the integration of partitions, suspended ceilings, washroom flooring, doors, insulation, and vapor barriers. The work also includes mechanical and electrical systems, such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing for three washrooms, and modifications to the existing fire alarm system.
