This project included the complete construction and interior fit-up of a high-end two-storey restaurant featuring a distinctive lounge area. The restaurant includes two wood-fired pizza ovens, requiring strict technical coordination for ventilation, clearance, and fire safety. The entire layout was custom designed, integrating a commercial kitchen, detailed acoustic control, and ambient lighting to deliver a refined guest experience.
