Saugeen Shores Shopping Centre

This large-scale project involved demolishing an existing building and constructing a modern, versatile shopping centre designed to accommodate various retailers. Three main buildings were constructed:

• Building 1 – 30,000 sq. ft.: Large, flexible space suited for multiple tenants in a mixed-use format.
• Building 2 – 7,300 sq. ft.: Refined, custom layout ideal for specialty shops or niche retailers.
• Building 3 – 4,900 sq. ft.: Compact design for businesses seeking optimized, smaller-scale space.
  The project also included a “pad” space for restaurants or service businesses, offering strategic visibility and easy customer access. A tailored parking lot was integrated to ensure smooth traffic flow and convenient access across the site.
