SAQ Maloney

This mandate involved the complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing building to house a new SAQ store. The work included upgrading the building envelope—cladding, openings, and roof—as well as the complete interior fit-up in accordance with the company’s standards. The project also included the integration of specialized furniture, product display optimization, and improvement of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal energy performance and a brand-aligned customer experience.
