This fast-track project involved the complete fit-up of a Première Moisson bakery and bistro-restaurant section. Work included the installation of a full commercial kitchen, cold room, and custom millwork for service and display areas. The mandate also featured the creation of an outdoor terrace to deliver a warm and friendly customer experience aligned with the brand identity.
