Huma Spa

This project involved the development of a rooftop spa, a large-scale undertaking that required meticulous coordination between engineering and construction disciplines. The presence of elevated pools necessitated significant structural reinforcement to ensure the building’s load-bearing capacity. Waterproofing and insulation were carefully planned to prevent infiltration and protect the underlying structures. Simultaneously, mechanical, plumbing, and ventilation systems were custom-designed to meet the demands of a humid and highly technical environment. The installation of specialized equipment such as saunas, steam rooms, and filtration systems also required close coordination with suppliers and design professionals to deliver a result that was functional, durable, and refined.
