This large-scale interior fit-up project, located in the heart of the AGORA urban district, brought together multiple businesses in a dense and active environment. The scope included the construction of a premium rooftop spa, a two-storey restaurant, as well as boutiques, eateries, and a bakery.

The rooftop spa required meticulous coordination for structural reinforcement, waterproofing, mechanical systems, and the installation of specialized equipment such as saunas and steam baths. The two-level restaurant involved custom design, including a commercial kitchen, acoustic treatment, and ambient lighting. Each business was adapted to its specific functional and aesthetic needs.
