Description

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, this individual coordinates project activities, monitors schedules and deliverables, facilitates communication between stakeholders, and ensures that project documentation is accurate and up to date. He contributes to the efficient execution of projects while helping maintain Beaudoin Construction’s high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Tasks :

  • Prepare and update project documentation and short-term plans
  • Provide daily support to the Site Superintendent in coordinating trades and managing the work schedule
  • Effectively use the tools and technologies available
  • Rigorously monitor and follow up on project deliverables
  • Ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project and upon its completion

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction, engineering, consulting or architectural industry
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Ability to work in an environment with strict safety requirements and rigorous site access procedures
  • Proven experience working for a general contractor
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to project sites as required
