Description

The project manager takes full ownership of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. As a key leader, he collaborates with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive project success, proactively manage risks, and maintain high standards of quality and performance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

His duties include but are not limited to :

  • Plan and optimize the realization of projects
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with schedules and budgets
  • Manage project risks and quality
  • Ensure customer and collaborator satisfaction during and at the end of projects
  • Negotiate and review contracts with collaborators
  • Rigorously follow up on the various deliverables during the project

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Proven experience working for a general contractor
  • Strong experience in industrial projects, including water treatment facilities and/or waste water treatment facilities
