Description

The project coordinator works with the project manager and with several stakeholders. He is responsible for coordinating all stages of a construction project and ensuring its success.

  • Prepare and update the schedule and short-term plans
  • Ensure that the various deliverables are obtained and handed in on time
  • Effectively use the tools and technologies at his/her disposal
  • Ensure client and collaborator satisfaction during and at the end of projects
  • Work with his/her team towards the achievement of project objectives
  • Participate in the prevention of project risks
  • Actively prevent problems that may affect the project
  • Obtain and analyze submissions or proposals for change
  • Ensure the maintenance of a healthy work climate in his teams
  • Ensure compliance with contracts with clients and collaborators
  • All other related tasks

Skills

  • Have knowledge of computer tools and software of the MS Office family;
  • Have a thorough knowledge of virtual construction / BIM software such as Revit and NavisWorks;
  • Have 3 years of experience in the field of virtual construction / BIM;
  • Have a good knowledge of French and English (oral and written);
  • Have a technique in civil engineering or architecture;
  • University degree an asset;
  • Relevant experience in the field of construction;
  • Organized, ingenious and rigorous;
  • Open to the possibility of assignment to a remote site;
  • Versatile and have a high learning capacity;
  • Possess an excellent team spirit and have the ability to adapt.
